Security 

The term security means any debenture, stock, treasury stock, bond, debenture, interest certificate or interest in any profit-sharing arrangement or in any royalties or leases in respect of oil, gas or other minerals, any guarantee trust certificate, certificate or prior subscription of the organization , transferable shares, investment agreement, certificate of trust carrying voting rights, certificate of deposit in respect of a security, any put, call, straddle, option or privilege on any security, certificate or deposit or Group or index security (including any interest therein or based on its value) or any kind of sale, purchase, straddle, options or privileges entered into on any national stock exchange in connection with foreign currency, or generally any commonly known interest as security.
